Accommodation is NOT included as part of your registration fee; you are responsible for arranging your own accommodation. Please note that the conference will begin the morning of 18 August and activities will continue through the evening of 20 August; make your reservations accordingly.
We highly recommended that you stay at the PrideInn, Raphta Road (same company, but different location from the public seminar venue) where we have arranged for a special group rate of Kshs.6,500/USD$65 for bed & breakfast or Kshs.8,500/USD$85 for half board (dinner/bed/breakfast) per night for singles; or USD$120 for doubles/twin (if you will be sharing). A complementary shuttle bus will be provided by PrideInn to the conference venue. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee; please make these arrangements when you are booking your rooms. PrideInn can also help arrange for pre- and post-conference safaris (excursions) or day trips.

If you stay at the PrideInn, breakfast is included in the price of the room.
All tea & coffee breaks and lunches will be provided at the conference OR public seminar venues and these are included with the cost of your registration.
In addition, both the welcome and closing dinners will be included, compliments of the Sino Africa Center of Excellence (SACE) Foundation, China House, and a number of other local Chinese organizations and businesses. These dinners will either be held in walking distance OR transportation will be arranged. More information on these is forthcoming.

Please check on the visa and immunization requirements entering Kenya from your country. You will be responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary documents required to enter the country. Please ensure that you give yourself plenty of time to apply for visas.
