Social media, once thought to be a raging fad, is clearly here to stay. And corporations have accepted that, plunging headlong into the social space in an effort to avoid being seen as slow-footed, or worse, old-fashioned. But in the rush, many corporations have yet to craft a compelling social media strategy, and just as important, they still aren’t sure how to measure the return on investment for their social media efforts.

Those are the issues this seminar will address.

And the answers will be provided by Mark Kaigwa, one of East Africa’s sharpest thinkers in the social space.  His client list includes some of Kenya’s biggest corporations.
