Authentic Leadership for Women is about self-awareness, and in this novel two-day course you will learn about what motivates you, intrinsically and extrinsically, and how you can chart a leadership path that realizes your potential.

The purpose of this program is to help you understand your leadership journey. You will gain a renewed respect for the impact of your crucibles and generate the capacity to remain alive in the exercise of leadership. At the end of the program you will have the ability to harness the power of your life-story and ways to raise your adversity and adaptability quotients.
Schedule of Activities
Day 1 will comprise of Self-awareness exercises to establish your adaptability to adversity and the patterns that have governed your leadership journey. We will also examine your life story and how to harness it for impact and influence in communicating with your peers, seniors and subordinates.
Day 2 will involve developing your ‘Purpose-to-Impact Plan’ to guide you throughout your life in developing your authentic leadership style.
